PGA TOUR 2K23 Festive Event Release Date – New Course
PGA TOUR 2K23 has been out for a few months now, and after a good launch we are now going to see more content introduced to the game to celebrate the upcoming festive season. During this Festive season we are expecting to see new clothing, challenges, a new character and even a new course coming to PGA TOUR 2K23.
Here are all the details we know so far about everything coming to PGA TOUR 2K23:
The new course coming to the game is the Torrey Pines Golf Course. This golf course boasts 36 holes and is based in the seaside region of La Jolla San Diego, California. It is the home of PGA TOUR’s Farmers Insurance Open.
This new update will also see Founder and CEO, Matthew Haag, of 100 Thieves added into the game as a playable golfer. 100 Thieves are a premium lifestyle and gaming brand that support a variety of streamers and content creators.
You may recognise Matthew Haag from his previous collaboration on PGA TOUR 2K23, where he featured with the Thieves Landing course in the Course Designer.
Matthew Haag’s introduction in the game will also be followed by a 100 Thieves “100 Holes Challenge” which will arrive in January, after the festive event. The new challenges will launch on January 5th, so keep an eye out for that.
We are also getting challenges throughout the festive event too. Beginning on the 8th of December, and running through to the 14th, we will see the “Barstool Break 90 Ladder Challenge”, collaborating with Barstool Sports. Players will be challenged to break a score of 90 as many times as they can in 18-hole rounds.
The festive event will be added in a patch to PGA TOUR on the 2nd of December, with the new features and challenges gradually being rolled out throughout the month.
How Much Will the PGA TOUR 2K23 Festive Update Cost?
Well, this is the good news, as long as you own PGA TOUR 2K23 you will get the update free on launch – regardless of what version of the game you own.
